WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a Screenwriter who can craft thoughtful, emotionally resonant, and visually driven narratives for the brand. Someone who understands the power of simplicity, writes with intention, and can translate human emotions into frames, dialogue, and compelling storytelling.

If you think cinematically, write with rhythm, and believe that silence can speak as loudly as words — you’ll feel at home here.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Write original, clear, and immersive scripts for campaign films, brand stories, product videos, founder-led content, and social reels.
• Ideate and conceptualize storylines that reflect SAADAA’s voice, philosophy, and emotional language.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, design, and video teams to bring narratives to life onscreen.
• Adapt writing style and structure across multiple formats — short-form videos, long-form brand films, reels, and digital campaigns.
• Conduct research to understand product context, cultural insights, emotional triggers, and audience behaviour.
• Refine scripts based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity and brand direction.
• Think visually and narratively, ensuring scripts guide scenes, pacing, transitions, tone, and emotional arcs.
  
  

WHO ARE YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
• 0–5 years of experience in screenwriting, scriptwriting, creative writing, or advertising films.
• A strong portfolio showcasing narrative thinking, film scripts, digital storytelling, or branded content.
• Excellent command over structure, dialogue, narrative pacing, and emotional tonality.
• Highly observant, curious, and sensitive to detail — the little things matter.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with production teams or possess a basic understanding of direction, cinematography, or editing.
• Comfortable working independently, yet deeply collaborative when required.
