Job Description

Position title: Business Analyst – Post Sales

Experience: 2.5 to 3+ Years

Location: Jaipur

Notice period:15 days - Immediate joiner
Skill set: Business Analyst, Post Sales, end-to-end client handling, requirement management, client escalations, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting notes, and process flows, Project Coordination, problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and relationships.

• Handle client escalations and drive issues through to resolution.

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and document business requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting notes, and process flows.

• Own client deliverables, timelines, and commitments.

• Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, Design, and Project Management teams.

• Bridge communication between clients and internal technical teams.

• Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential issues.

• Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Handling, Post-Sales, Project Coordination, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Good understanding of SDLC.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to handle challenging client situations professionally and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Healthcare IT / Healthcare Software experience.

• Experience with international/US-based clients.

• Knowledge of EMR/EHR, medical billing, telemedicine, or related healthcare technologies.
