Oracle EBS Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle EBS R12 technical support for multiple modules in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in OM (Order Management), Inventory, and related modules.
• Share 34 real-life Production Ticket Resolutions during interviews, specifically on OM/INV modules for Tech Support.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL programming, develop and debug Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Handle inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction/loading, and troubleshoot across any Oracle EBS layer.
• Independently manage the issue resolution process and implement enhancements/customizations in existing business flows.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient system Skills :
• Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support (multiple modules in Supply Chain & Manufacturing).
• SQL / PL/SQL expertise.
• Oracle Forms & Reports development and debugging.
• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting in a production Module Experience :
