Italian Speaking - Regional Marketing Manager

The Role:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies.
• Manages and executes engaging country-specific social media content, ensuring alignment with the Companys brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across the Italian market.
• Coordinates with agencies, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
• Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Country Business Development Manager.

Main requirements:

• Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excelent Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) is considered an advantage
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
• Strong digital marketing skills
• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and ability to multitask
• Dynamic and target oriented
