Responsibilities:

• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data from multiple sources,
• Build products that make use of AI, ML, and advanced statistical techniques from basic financial analysis to complex machine learning models,
• Come up with new ideas on the ways we detect anomalies, optimize conversions, and provide business insights through data,
• Design, analyze, and interpret the results of experiments,
• To find hidden patterns and relationships in data to provide answers to business concerns, do statistical analysis and/or data mining techniques,
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to translate business challenges into data science problems,
• Apply best practices for working with ML-Ops infrastructure, improve models and infrastructure to optimize model performance,
• Ability to communicate complicated data outputs to audiences who are business-oriented and non-technical.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, mathematics or statistics,
• 4-5 years experience the related responsibilities like data science or machine learning engineering,
• Strong analytical thinking and approach, hands-on experience with scientific computing languages and frameworks such as Python (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flask, h2o.ai),
• Eager to research and apply new models and can take initiative,
• SQL knowledge is a must,
• Multi-disciplinary and cooperative ability to solve problems in diverse domains including finance, marketing, sales, product development and user experience,
• Knowledge of developing workflows to deploy machine learning models and find new solutions to get processes better and faster,
• Experience of working within the financial regulations is a plus,
• Scientific approach for experimentation and rapid prototyping,
• The ability to present ideas, insights, and solutions in a clear way,
• Be interested in cutting-edge artificial intelligence products and be an early adopter who has experienced them before (Llama, GPT, Gemini).
