Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to manage, develop, and optimize our core mechanical product portfolio across the Turkish and CCA markets.

This role will cover leading brands such as ASSA ABLOY, Yale, ABLOY, Mul-T-Lock.

The position is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness, commercial success, technical accuracy, and alignment with both local and regional strategies. You will play a key role in strengthening our product offering, supporting sales teams, and driving sustainable growth within the Mechanical Core business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Product Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize the mechanical product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales & Channel Enablement: Support sales teams with product knowledge, tools, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strategic Initiative Management: Lead and contribute to key strategic projects to enhance product performance and market positioning.
• Quality, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure product compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or relevant roles within the hardware industry
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple product lines effectively
