למרכז הלוגיסטי של חברת לוריאל בקיסריה דרוש.ה מתאמ.ת שירות לקוחות

לתמיכה בלקוחות העסקיים של לוריאל, ביניהם רשתות הפארם והמזון הגדולות במשק הישראלי,

בשיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים מרובים, למול צוותי המכירה, שרשרת האספקה והכספים.

תכולות התפקיד:

קביעת תיעדוף ובקרה על ניהול ההזמנות, החזרות, כדי להבטיח אספקת המוצרים באיכות גבוהה ותוך עמידה בלוחות הזמנים.
מתן מענה טלפוני ובמייל לפניות לקוחות עסקיים
ייעול ושיפור תהליכים באמצעות יישום תכנית יעדים שנתית
ניתוחים ובקרות על בסיס שבועי
קידום יוזמות ופרויקטים, לטובת שיפור רמת השירות ושביעות רצון הלקוחות שלנו.

ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בתפקיד דומה בתחומי שירות לקוחות B2B
שליטה בתוכנות Office לרבות אקסל ברמה גבוהה- חובה, ניסיון ב- SAP- יתרון
יכולת למידה גבוהה והסתגלות לשינויים
יכולת גבוהה לעבוד בצוות
אוריינטציה שירותית ויכולות וורבליות גבוהות בכתב ובע"פ
אנגלית ברמה טובה
תואר ראשון - יתרון
