Account Manager Night Shift

Were looking for a deal-closing professional with 3+ years in B2B software sales, strong English communication skills, and the discipline to keep every deal honest and moving. Youll own deals from first meeting to signed order, starting with deals below USD 30,000, and look after existing customers through renewals and expansion. Your deal limit rises as you close deals on your own, and youll use AI tools to prepare, write proposals and follow up.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of how we work, and we expect you to use them well. Ownership is not negotiable: you check anything AI helps produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and youre accountable for the final result.

What Youll Do

• Own and close deals, from first meeting to signed order.
• Write and send proposals, working with the proposal team on larger bids.
• Keep every deals stage, close date and next step honest and current in HubSpot.
• Work with the RevOps Manager on larger deals, and take on bigger deals as you prove wins.
• Look after existing customers and grow them through renewals and expansion.
• Log every conversation in HubSpot the same day.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for call prep, proposals, follow-ups and CRM updates.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 3+ years closing B2B software deals, from discovery to signed order.
• Experience writing and presenting proposals, and handling pricing and procurement questions.
• Experience with renewals and expansion for existing customers.
• Disciplined CRM use, with honest stages, close dates and next steps.
• Experience selling to government or regulated-industry buyers is a strong plus.
• Experience automating your own routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Tell us about something you automated.
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

How Youre Paid
You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes.

Location

• Remote, Pakistan: work from anywhere in Pakistan on the same night shift. Youll need reliable high-speed internet and a quiet place for calls.
