The Division
CAST is a pioneering leader in the entertainment technology and event production industry, specializing in software and hardware solutions that empower creatives, event planners, and technologists to realize extraordinary experiences. The Position
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can combine strong visual design skills with a practical understanding of user experience to help create intuitive, polished, and effective product interfaces. You’ll work with our team in enhancing designs based on product stories and requirements. The selected candidate will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product and development teams to work on Figma designs.
Translate product stories and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Maintain consistency with existing design patterns while identifying opportunities for improvements.
Deliver high-quality design assets and specifications for development handoff.
Provide design input that aligns with business goals and user needs
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of working experience designing web and mobile apps.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma work.
Expertise in Figma, including creating components, styles, and design systems.
Ability to interpret product requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to learn new systems, platforms, and technologies related to the position.
Ability to take direction as well as self-manage time and tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience working with agile teams and story-driven workflows.
Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
