Job Overview
We are seeking passionate 2026 & 2027 graduates to work on live international projects for clients like Nokia and eBay. You'll receive structured mentorship in cutting-edge technologies like Java, Python, PHP, Drupal, .NET with a clear growth path to a Software Engineer role. If you have strong programming fundamentals and a desire to build a global career from India.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test and deploy web applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Learn and apply new technologies and frameworks as required by project needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the software you develop.
- Successful trainees will undergo a 6-month structured training and probation period, leading to confirmation as a Software Engineer with a performance-based increment. Thereafter, skills- and performance-based promotions are available every 12-18 months.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Proficiency in fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
- Excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C++).
- Basic understanding of OOPs, Database, Strong Logical skills.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with front-end libraries/frameworks like jQuery or JAVAScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
