Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting continuous operational improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist in monitoring system performance to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and procedures to facilitate team knowledge sharing.

• Experience with network troubleshooting and incident management related to wireless systems.
• Familiarity with creating and managing Requests for Change in an operational environment.
