Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Cloud & Infrastructure Services
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI-powered solutions, Agentic AI platforms, and intelligent automation capabilities across Cloud & Infrastructure Services. This role will be responsible for developing AI-driven service offerings, autonomous operations frameworks, and domain-specific AI agents that enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality, and reduce support costs across managed services environments.
The Enterprise Architect will collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Digital Workplace, Service Management, and Engineering teams to transform traditional IT operations into AI-enabled, proactive, and autonomous service models.

Key Responsibilities
•    Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for Cloud & Infrastructure Services. 
•    Design and develop AI-powered solutions, Agentic AI frameworks, and intelligent automation platforms. 
•    Build AI agents for Service Desk, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, Security Operations, Network Operations, and End User Computing services. 
•    Develop AI-driven use cases including ticket automation, self-healing infrastructure, predictive analytics, capacity management, FinOps, compliance monitoring, and operational insights. 
•    Architect and implement solutions leveraging GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent systems. 
•    Integrate AI solutions with ITSM, observability, monitoring, cloud management, and security platforms. 
•    Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. 
•    Partner with service delivery and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational transformation. 
•    Support pre-sales, solutioning, customer workshops, and AI transformation initiatives. 
•    Develop reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and intellectual property for managed services offerings. 
•    Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. 

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Required Skills & Experience
•    18+ years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Enterprise IT environments. 
•    7+ years of experience in AI, GenAI, Automation, AIOps, or Intelligent Operations. 
•    Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration, and AI automation frameworks. 
•    Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent. 
•    Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP. 
•    Experience integrating AI solutions with ITSM, monitoring, observability, and infrastructure management tools. 
•    Strong programming and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, APIs, and scripting frameworks. 
•    Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in Managed Services, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, or AIOps environments. 
•    Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar. 
•    Experience designing enterprise-scale automation and self-healing solutions. 
•    Cloud and AI certifications from Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud. 
•    Exposure to ITIL, Service Management, and operational governance frameworks.
