Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
• Experience in managing database security, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ability to optimize system performance through monitoring and fine-tuning of SAP HANA databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP HANA deployments and hybrid infrastructure management.
• Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to support seamless integration and deployment.
