Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects align with business objectives, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and navigate complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project planning process, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations and dependencies.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize project impact and ensure smooth execution.
• Efficiently manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, as applicable.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience of 8+ years as a Project Manager in IT or related domains.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
