We're looking for a Social Media Executive who understands internet culture, social media trends, audience behavior, and content that drives engagement.

Whether it's a trending meme, a celebrity news story, a relatable life experience, or a viral conversation, you should know how to identify content opportunities and turn them into high-performing social media content.

• Manage and grow assigned social media pages.
• Research trending topics, viral conversations, entertainment updates, and audience interests.
• Develop content ideas, content calendars, and campaign concepts.
• Create content briefs and coordinate with designers and editors.
• Write engaging captions, post copies, and content hooks.
• Monitor audience interactions, comments, and messages.
• Track content performance and share actionable insights.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and internet culture.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content.
• Good research, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of audience behavior and content performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment.

• Experience managing entertainment, meme, lifestyle, storytelling, or community-focused pages.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging social platforms.
• Understanding of viral content formats and trend forecasting.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.

Someone who is highly active online, understands what makes people stop scrolling, can identify trends before they peak, and knows how to create content that people engage with, share, and remember.
