Job Requirements

RND : RND Execution : Vendor Management Process Contribution:

Provide inputs with regard to the performance of the vendor against the agreed statement of work and recommend appropriate actions

RND : RND Execution : Project Management Process Contributions:

Undertake the technical evaluation of the property as per the guidelines and send to senior stakeholder for approvals

Evaluate the design documents received and liaise with the vendors in the execution of the project

Monitor the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is executed as per the guidelines and design specifications

Certification of the project on completion for quality, dimensions, etc. and approve for processing of payments

Prepare the completion report post approval from senior stakeholders incorporating all the documents as per the specifications for handover to the business

Expertise in managing data on Excel and other platforms

Process Outcomes:

Technical evaluation and approval of property

Evaluation & certification of the project

Asset commissioning report

Invoice approvals

RND : RND Execution : New Format Proto-Development Process Contributions:

Review the design documentation from the design team and brief the vendors on the design requirements

Project manage the construction at various stages to ensure that the prototype meets the design specification requirements

Finalise the prototype post approval from the designers and handover to the business as per the specifications
