Job Title: Project Manager (IT Services)

Location: Indore (In-office / Hybrid)

Experience Required: 3–4 years (Applications with 4+ years of experience will not be considered.)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Project Manager to manage IT projects, client communication, and overall team delivery.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, smooth client handling, and strong coordination across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT/software projects end-to-end
• Handle client communication, calls, and regular updates
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment of project delivery with payments and invoicing
• Coordinate with development, UI/UX, and QA teams
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
  
  

• Experience in Project Management / Delivery Management
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• Basic understanding of software development (Web/App/AI projects)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
