Overview Of The Role

As a Product Designer- Visual, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to elevate the user experience across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in product design, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a passion for creating innovative, user-friendly solutions that drive impactful results.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate and execute the design process for new products and enhancements, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and technical constraints.
• Develop visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to present user interface designs.
• Present and articulate design ideas to leadership and teams, while remaining receptive to constructive direction.
• Showcase great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements.
• Deliver feedback on both existing and newly developed user experiences to the engineering team.
• Resolve moderately complex issues relating to design and user experience, collaborating with peers, colleagues, and managers as necessary.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
• Proficient in design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.
• In-depth knowledge & understanding of the balance of colours, textures and interactive elements.
• An eye for detail and visual design - strong knowledge of visual design principles, UI patterns, layout and execution for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Critical and strategic thinker with the ability to address diverse user needs and business challenges.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying your designs, processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as to teams and clients.
• Design Agency experience would be an added advantage.
