 Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them.

 Provide opportunities for ongoing development.

 Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

 Good in MS office tools namely Power point, Excel, Word, Content and Script Development

 Identify and assess future and current training needs of the Employees, End-to-end process, skill & knowledge.

 Draw an overall training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the Sales force.

 Conduct effective induction, orientation and training sessions. New Hire Training, Certification and OJT.

 Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them.

 Provide opportunities for ongoing development.

 Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
