Principal Scientist-PTS

Job Description

Must have Experience in handling team, work experience is mandatory in CDMO (Min 4-5 yrs)

Should be able to handle method development and method validation projects

Customer Handling Is Required With Good Communication Skills

• Responsible for the assigned project activities including project updates and customer calls.
• Maintain the analytical validation activities for all projects and to meet the timelines.
• Preparation and review of Analytical RFPs.
• Review the Analytical Tech pack, vendor qualification and procurement of requirements for assigned project.
• Assists the Sr. Research Scientist / Research Scientist in deciding & recommending proper course of action on the experimental requirement of the project.
• Assists the Sr. Research Scientist / Research Scientist in the preparation of various Sops and STPs for the departmental activates. Coordinate with QC/QA/DQA regarding CCF, Validation document and investigation reports.
• Final Products and other analytical support for synthetic lab.
• In case of emergency or absence of Research Associates / Research Assistants procures various chemicals, glassware and equipment’s needed for the project with the approval of location Head-PDG.
• Provide Training to the Helpers in GLPs, housekeeping and safety matters.
• Day to day document review for all analytical calibrations.
