Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a InP - Product Support Representative Senior to join our ever-evolving Payrix Support Team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as – InP - Product Support Representative Senior

• Improve observability, reliability and availability by defining and measuring key metrics
• Contributing to observability Instrumentation standards and creating repeatable patterns and libraries for our engineering teams.
• Guiding product engineering teams on how to achieve operational excellence for new product and feature launches.
• Collaborate cross functionally to reduce service disruptions and automate incident response
• Collaborate with our platform and operations teams to build, maintain, performance tune and optimize our cloud infrastructure. (Think Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), EC2, etc.)
• Debugging difficult technical problems, and making systems and products both work better
• Proactively find and analyse reliability problems across our stack, design and implement software to create solutions that are secure, scalable and highly available.
• Educate, mentor and hold the engineering teams accountable to improve the reliability of our systems and make reliability a core value of the engineering culture.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of urgent issues.
  
  

What You Bring

• 6- 8 years of experience in SRE Application Production Support.
• Good Hands-on Experience on AWS Cloud, Kubernetes Deployments, DevOps Tools.
• Production Application Support on AWS Cloud Administration, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes ITIL
• Process Awareness [Incident, Problem, Change], SSL Certificate,
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, AWS - Cloud technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hands-on Exp on Linux Based Application Environments & Monitoring Tools.
