Hospitality Specialist In Hyderabad Goa Velha Bangalore Indore Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom sessions and practical training in the assigned specialisation
• Develop and execute lesson plans, training schedules, presentations, and practical activities in line with the prescribed curriculum
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations, role-plays, simulations, and industry-based learning activities
• Train students in professional communication, grooming, etiquette, customer service, and workplace behaviour
• Assess student learning through assignments, practical examinations, mock scenarios, and periodic evaluations
• Monitor student attendance, participation, progress, and overall performance
• Provide individual feedback, mentoring, and additional support to students who require improvement
• Maintain lesson plans, attendance records, assessment sheets, student performance reports, and other academic documentation
• Coordinate with academic teams, programme managers, and placement teams to support student development and employability
• Prepare students for interviews, practical assessments, internships, apprenticeships, and industry placements
• Support curriculum implementation and ensure training delivery meets the organisation's academic and quality standards
• Stay updated on hospitality and aviation industry practices, service standards, operational procedures, and emerging trends
• Participate in faculty meetings, training reviews, workshops, and other academic activities
• Promote discipline, professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset among students
