Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels.
Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a timely manner, primarily using English/Hindi or other regional languages
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.
