• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
