Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our organizations core infrastructure components, with a primary focus on Active Directory, backup solutions, and vulnerability management.

The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance of systems, while actively identifying and mitigating risks.

Role : System 4 to 6 Indore, MP Work from and Responsibilities :

Active Directory (AD) Management

• Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user/group management, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OU structure, and AD replication.
• Monitor AD health and resolve replication or authentication issues.
  
  

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CIS).
• Maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and controls.
  
  

• Configure and maintain backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
• Ensure regular and successful backups of critical systems, applications, and data.
• Conduct periodic restore tests and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Monitor backup jobs and remediate failures or anomalies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize backup Management :
• Perform regular vulnerability scans using tools like Qualys or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Analyze scan results and coordinate with relevant teams to patch and remediate issues.
• Track vulnerabilities to closure and document remediation plans.
• Assist in hardening systems based on CIS benchmarks or organization-defined baselines.
• Incident Response & Monitoring Investigate security incidents and coordinate response efforts.
• Monitor logs and alerts from SIEM and endpoint protection tools.
