Additionally, the day includes supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
