Required Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking services.
- Good knowledge of lending policies, compliance, and procedures.
- Strong professional, appearance, dress, attitude, interpersonal and communications skills.
Primary Responsibility
- Meet quarterly goals through small business loans, deposits, product sales, and other opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and utilize all available resources to foster new business relationships.
