Role Description

We are looking for a talented Backend Node.js Developer with around 3 years of experience to join our growing tech team at Expertinasia. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Indore. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js,Express.js (mandate) along with proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS/Firebase/Azure Cloud Services. Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts.
• Proficient programming skills and familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js & Express.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with MongoDB and MySQL databases for schema design, performance tuning, and data management.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js & Express.js.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and MySQL.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services for deployment and scalability.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Decent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  
  

• Experience with NestJS, PregreSQL, Laravel, PHP or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or other DevOps tools.
