We’re on the hunt for a creative, curious, and tech-savvy Associate - Vibe Coder to join our team and help bring big ideas to life through code! Youll be at the heart of building cutting-edge digital solutions and exploring new ways to turn concepts into functional prototypes quickly. Whether its through AI-driven development tools, rapid prototyping, or out-of-the-box thinking, youll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative products with a fun and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with diverse teams – Work hand-in-hand with product, design, and business folks to translate bold ideas into real, working solutions.

· Rapid prototyping – Turn concepts into small, interactive applications and features at lightning speed.

· Explore and experiment – Be the first to try out new frameworks, cutting-edge technologies, and AI assistants to speed up prototyping and testing.

· Communicate with flair – Break down technical concepts and make them easy to understand for both technical and non-technical teams.

· Innovate and iterate – Be part of brainstorming sessions that drive product improvements, new features, and creative solutions.

· Troubleshoot and optimize – Help us smooth out bugs and optimize code for faster, more efficient performance.

· Stay ahead of the curve – Continuously explore and get excited about the latest in AI, coding tools, and tech trends.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience or a strong passion for tech and coding.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain ideas, solutions, and problems in a way that excites and engages others.
  
• Basic understanding of programming concepts is a plus.
  
• Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) is a big plus.
  
• Experience building prototypes or small applications using AI tools is an added advantage.
  
• A problem-solving mindset that thrives on finding creative, fast solutions.
  
• A love for learning new technologies, staying on top of trends, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in development.
  
• A proactive attitude and the desire to experiment and learn from your teammates and tools.
  

• Exposure to web development, APIs, or product development workflows.
  
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  
• An interest in AI, automation, and the ever-evolving tech ecosystem.
  
• Internship experience or projects where you’ve built or prototyped coding solutions.
