Accounts Payable Executive Temporary Maternity Cover

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP) Management:
  
  • Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable GST/VAT/WHT regulations.
  • Creation of vendor records, perform basic due diligence, ensure compliance with internal controls and optimize payment strategies for cash flow efficiency.
  • Review and approve staff expense claims and reimbursements in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Support the retrieval and printing bank payment advice from the bank portal.
• Reconciliation & Accounting:
  
  
  • Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payables accounting.
  • Assist with month-end bank reconciliations

• Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.
• undefinedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles, preferably in multinational corporations (MNC) or shared services centers (SSC). Strong knowledge of GST/VAT, WHT, AP processes, and relevant regulations in Singapore, the Philippines, and the Middle East. Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
