About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on ABM & Demand Generation Specialist to drive targeted marketing initiatives and generate qualified pipeline for our IT services and consulting business.

This role combines Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and B2B Campaign Execution. You will work closely with the Sales and Leadership teams to identify high-value target accounts, build personalized campaigns, generate demand, nurture prospects, and contribute to pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value target accounts and prospects.
• Work closely with Sales teams to identify target accounts and define account-specific marketing plans.
• Create personalized campaigns and messaging based on the business challenges and needs of target accounts.
• Drive account engagement and support pipeline acceleration through targeted marketing initiatives.
  
  

• Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, content, webinars, paid campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Develop campaigns across the buyer journey—from awareness and engagement to lead generation and pipeline creation.
• Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion from MQL to SQL and pipeline opportunities.
  
  

• Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Build reports and dashboards to measure marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, insights, and feedback from Sales.
• Manage campaign budgets and coordinate with external vendors/agencies when required.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Leadership, Content, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support sales teams with targeted content, campaigns, and account-specific marketing initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between marketing activities, sales objectives, and business growth goals.
  
  

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, ABM, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Demand Generation and B2B marketing principles.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and account targeting strategies.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to measure and optimize campaigns based on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  
  

• Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, or Consulting marketing.
• Experience targeting US, UK, or other international markets.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B paid marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, landing page optimization, and CRO.
• ABM or relevant digital marketing certifications.
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business.
