About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter who loves tech, understands engineers, and enjoys building teams that actually ship things. If you come from a tech background (or think like one) and want to move fast, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (engineering, data, cloud, SAP, and niche skills)
• Partner closely with founders, leaders, and tech teams to understand real hiring needs
• Proactively source and engage strong tech talent (not just wait for resumes)
• Screen candidates with a solid understanding of tech stacks and roles
• Drive a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first call to offer
• Keep hiring data clean and insights sharp using ATS and dashboards
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in technical hiring
• Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science or similar exposure)
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment
• Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership mindset
