• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with strong expertise in MadCap Flare
• Proven ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML for documentation customization
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation, including:
  • User Manuals
  • Online Help Systems
  • Release Notes
  • Quick Start Guides
  • Other product documentation
• Ability to work closely with Software Engineering and SQA teams supporting several product lines from the life sciences platforms portfolio
