Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Community Mobilization & Engagement

Conduct village meetings, awareness campaigns, and community consultations.
Build relationships with SHGs, farmers, panchayats, and local leaders.
Identify community needs and propose actionable interventions.

2. Project Implementation

Support implementation of rural development programs—agriculture, water, sanitation, education, or livelihood projects.
Assist in training programs, capacity-building sessions, and workshops.
Facilitate enrollment of beneficiaries in government schemes.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

Conduct regular field visits for project tracking.
Collect data, maintain records, and update MIS.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

4. Coordination & Partnership Management

Work with government bodies, NGOs, CSR partners, and community institutions.
Ensure smooth execution of project activities and maintain stakeholder communication.

5. Administrative Support

Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and documentation.
Support field logistics, procurement, and resource allocation.
