A Bit About Team
We are looking for a skilled Supply Operations Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our supply team. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining the networks operational health and driving insights and optimizations on inventory mix.
As a Supply Operations Specialist, youll play a pivotal role in working with our partners to maximize their effectiveness within our network and put their best inventory forward. Youll collaborate closely with Sales and Campaign Managers to ensure that we are surfacing our inventory optimizations to our customers, and with Product and Engineering teams to execute network upgrades required for product initiatives.
You Will
Lead core network operations, including monitoring traffic from our partners and communicating network deviations and optimizations.
Drive inventory bundling and creation, ensuring its proper connection to the customer interface.
Evaluate and monitor inventory quality by ideating and deploying network tests, as well as conducting in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the supply mix.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate media supply performance and insights to stakeholders.
Utilize data analytics tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
Need strong account management skills to be able to run meetings with key external stakeholders
You Have

A Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Site Operations, Tech Operations, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in AdTech with understanding of SSP environment. Understanding of industry trends, privacy laws on ad targeting, new ad formats and technologies.
Knowledge of ad serving platforms and ad network fraud (GIVT, SIVT) monitoring and processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use SQL for independent data manipulation from databases. Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (technical and non-technical), and external partners.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and ability to dive deep into large amounts of data to troubleshoot platforms, data and/or campaigns.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced unstructured environment.
Able to work in EST or PST hours
