Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and wellness-minded Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our digital presence organically across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You’ll own storytelling, community building, and engagement — helping bring ShiLives’ purpose and personality to life online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand voice, product launches, and campaigns.
• Create high-performing reels, stories, and posts (founder-led, educational, emotional, and wellness-based).
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube channels — from planning to posting and engagement.
• Work closely with the founder to translate her vision and tone into visually appealing, emotionally resonant content.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to co-create content that drives awareness and trust.
• Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and post performance using analytics tools.
• Experiment with trending formats, sounds, and topics to increase visibility and virality.
• Engage directly with followers — build relationships, respond to DMs, and nurture community trust.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in social media content creation or management (preferably in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle).
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
• Strong creative eye for aesthetics, brand alignment, and emotional storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / Adobe Express.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Passion for holistic health, women’s wellness, and mindfulness is a must.
