Single Window Operator

About the role:

As a Single Window Operator, you will be responsible for handling all customer transactions at the branch efficiently and accurately. You will serve as the primary interface for customers, ensuring a smooth experience while maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

What you will do:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque processing 

• Handle account openings, closures, and KYC updates 

• Provide accurate information on products, services, and branch procedures 

• Maintain proper records and update banking systems for all transactions 

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational standards 

• Assist customers with queries and resolve issues in a timely manner 

• Collaborate with other branch teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service 

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

• 1–3 years of experience in banking operations or customer service roles 

• Knowledge of branch operations, banking products, and regulatory guidelines 

• Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a customer-first approach 

• Familiarity with banking software, CRM tools, and MS Office
