Channel/ Vendor Empanelment

  • Effective onboard and management of channel partners and vendors, through streamlined process, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing mutual success
  • Work closely with various departments and partnering with concerned team members to ensure channel and vendors are onboarded as per prescribed processes.
  • Collaborate with IT to digitalize channel / vendors onboarding and other process to increase efficiencies.
  • Ensure the processes align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to streamline onboarding and improve overall satisfaction

Stakeholder Management

  • To effectively manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering positive collaboration
  • Prioritize stakeholders based on their influence, impact, and relevance to organizational success & growth
  • Develop and implement a strategic engagement plan for each stakeholder group, outlining communication strategies, touchpoints, and involvement in organizational initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders from different business units to understand their data needs and provide valuable insights for their specific requirements
  • Implement effective conflict resolution strategies to maintain positive relationships and prevent potential disruptions
  • Regularly evaluate and report on KPIs to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Team Management

  • Mentor, provide operational leadership and technical guidance to the team, thereby developing a strong and competent team
  • Review performance of the team on a regular and continuous basis and provide developmental feedback.
  • Conduct one-to-one and team meetings on a regular basis to discuss and resolve issues, to seek feedback / suggestions on self / on departments operations and to provide guidance support
