Role Overview

You will lead a small, high-output agentic engineering pod .Inspired by OpenAI’s Harness Engineering model, your primary job is not writing code, it is designing the harness: the scaffolding, constraints, and feedback loops that let Github Copilot agents do reliable work. You own the scaffolding, define AGENT.md specs, enforce architectural invariants, and build the CI/CD guard-rails that keep agent-generated code coherent. You are player-coach: 70% building harness, 30% guiding the pod.

Strong experience on .NET & C#

Key Responsibilities

• Implement domain, application, infrastructure, and integration code;
• Build ACL adapters; migrate validations and business rules;
• Support contract stability;
• Fix parity gaps; help with production defect resolution.
• Report migration velocity, agent utilisation, and risk to stakeholders
• C#, .NET, APIs, persistence, refactoring, unit/integration testing, brownfield delivery
  
  

• 8-12 years software engineering; 2+ years leading delivery teams
• Deep .NET , C# and Azure serverless experience
• Hands-on GitHub Copilot or Claude Code proficiency
• Experience on Angular is desirable
• Track record of building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering
