Depending on the project, you will be involved throughout the project life cycle, adding value during the problem structuring and analysis phases. - Drive Digital & AI-first Finance Strategic transformation initiatives, including use case prioritization, value realization frameworks, and automation roadmaps
- Develop AI Strategy in Finance Function and build AI Operating Models specific to the Finance Function for clients
- Support CFO agenda shaping through industry and company research, including finance trends, operating model patterns, and risk/regulatory considerations relevant to the client’s sector
