Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Launch Analytics

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Analyse pre-launch and post-launch performance metrics (uptake, penetration, competitor benchmarks).
• Develop frameworks for analogue forecasting and scenario planning.
  
  

Marketing Performance

• Track KPIs across campaigns, channels, and geographies.
• Provide insights on ROI, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
  
  

Strategic Insights

• Support portfolio planning and pipeline prioritization.
• Deliver dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with brand teams, commercial excellence, and finance to align on goals and performance metrics.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong background in marketing analytics within pharma or life sciences.
• Expertise in interpreting large datasets and translating into actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting.
• Exposure to IQVIA or similar pharma datasets.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

What youll bring to the role:

• 5+ years in commercial pharma analytics or marketing performance roles.
• Proven track record in launch analytics and KPI-driven decision support
