Hiring: SAP BODS / SAP Data Conversion Analyst

Location: PAN India (Except Hyderabad / AP)

Experience: 3–8 Years

Budget: ₹15–16 LPA

We are looking for experienced SAP BODS / Data Conversion professionals with strong expertise in ETL, SQL, IDOCs and data migration for SAP implementation projects.

SAP Module Exposure:

SAP FICO, MM/WM, SD, LE, HR/HCM, PP, PM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (optional).

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in SAP BODS/Data Conversion

• Experience in at least one SAP implementation project

• Strong SQL programming and ETL knowledge

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA as target system

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Data Validation & Reconciliation

• SAP Data Migration Cockpit – good to have

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SAP data conversion programs

• Perform legacy-to-SAP field mapping and data transformation

• Load master and transactional data using BAPIs/IDOCs through BODS

• Prepare data validation and reconciliation reports

• Troubleshoot data conversion defects and issues

• Support testing, Go-Live, blackout/freeze periods

• Prepare technical specifications and status reports

• Identify opportunities to automate conversion processes
