Safety And Security Officer

Location: Karnal ( CBG Plant )

Preferred Candidate: Armed forces or Para –Military Forces, retired from the rank of Subedar Major, Captain.

Position Summary

The Safety and Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the organization. The role requires strong leadership and experience in security operations, preferably gained through military service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be from Armed forces or Para –Military Forces, retired from the rank of Subedar Major, Captain.
• Medically fit and capable of performing all assigned duties.
• Clean service record with strong disciplinary background.
• Preference to candidates residing in or near Karnal.
  
  

• Oversee overall security of premises, personnel, and assets.
• Implement and monitor security protocols and access control.
• Supervise and train security guards and staff.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
• Handle emergency situations, incidents, and investigations.
• Maintain coordination with local police and authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, fire safety norms, and company policies.
• Maintain security records, reports, and attendance logs.
  
  

• Strong leadership and command abilities.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and alertness.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle crisis and emergency situations calmly.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response.
