Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a robotics operator working on “robotics jobs near me” assignments at Operator Innovative Robotic. The robotics operator will oversee the daily operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of robotic systems on the shop floor or in production environments. Responsibilities include setting up robots for tasks, troubleshooting routine issues, performing safety checks, and following standard operating procedures. The role involves collaborating with engineers and technicians to improve workflows, documenting operational data, and suggesting enhancements to robot performance and process efficiency. The operator will also participate in training, safety drills, and continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and mechatronic systems.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Robotics and hands-on experience operating or supporting Robot systems.
• Knowledge of Automation and Process Automation for production, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Understanding of Mechatronics, including basic mechanics, electronics, and control systems relevant to robotic equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Problem-solving skills for basic troubleshooting of robotic or automated systems.
• Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort working on-site around machinery, with a strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations teams.
• Willingness to work shifts or flexible hours if required by operational schedules.
