- Job Purpose The Regional Manager – Gold Loans is responsible for driving business growth, portfolio quality, profitability, operational excellence, and risk management across the designated region. The role ensures achievement of disbursement, revenue, collection, and customer acquisition targets while maintaining strict adherence to gold valuation standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and asset safety protocols. The incumbent will lead Area Heads/Branch Managers to build a high-performance sales and service culture.

The role oversees multiple Area Heads and Branch Managers across the region and ensures:
- Achievement of business targets and profitability.
- Adherence to approved valuation and operational standards.
- Prevention of spurious, counterfeit, and bentex gold incidents.
- Effective collection management and controlled NPAs.
- Strong audit and compliance scores across branches.
- Talent development and succession planning.
