Job Description

- Generate new leads through marketing activities and follow-ups.

- Handle sales inquiries and convert potential leads into clients.

- Explain real estate projects, site details, property features, and available offerings to prospective customers.

- Coordinate and arrange site visits for interested clients.

- Conduct client meetings and provide professional project presentations.

- Handle client negotiations and support the sales closure process.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to improve conversion rates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Support the companys sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.

Requirements

- MBA or Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in a real estate company.

- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of lead generation, sales, client handling, and conversion.

- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.

Preferred Candidates: Local Experienced female candidates with a background in real estate sales and marketing.
