Minimum 3 years of experience in NRI banking or related field
Knowledge of NRI banking products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction
Fluency in English and any other regional language is a plus
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing the NRI customer base of IDFC FIRST Bank in Goa. You will be the primary point of contact for NRI clients and will be responsible for providing them with personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients through regular communication and personalized service
Understand the financial needs of NRI clients and recommend suitable banking products and services
Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and upselling NRI banking products and services
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by NRI clients
Keep up-to-date with the latest NRI banking products, services, and market trends
Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to NRI clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with NRI clients in the banks CRM system
Represent IDFC FIRST Bank at NRI events and seminars to promote our products and services
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in NRI banking or related field
Knowledge of NRI banking products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction
Fluency in English and any other regional language is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
