Your Role

Magnetic FAAC India Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Govt Vertical for its location Delhi. Lead sales operations across South Asia for access solutions. Drive revenue growth, manage teams, and build strong partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Active participation in Designing and Bidding Govt projects through SI & Partners.
• Managing customer relationships by meeting with SIs, partners, security consultants, end customers, government departments, and other stakeholders.
• Creating commercial offers and Technical Compliance to share with customers.
• Planning and forecasting the numbers to reaching Annual OB and Revenue Targets.
• Guiding End customer and SI partners to choose the right product as per application.
• Keep a close track on the database to ensure timely follow ups on Revenue and Collection.
• Building internal team relations for strong coordination.
• Develop new government accounts and expand business opportunities.

Must have:

• Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in security/access control domain.
• SI Partners, Security Consultants, End Customers, Govt. Departments etc.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
