About The Opportunity

Technology is in the forefront enabling our Higher Education customers to reap the benefits while they transform their campuses with modern solutions and capabilities with a unique goal of Student Success. Our Professional Services organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Consultant who will be working with a team of experienced analysts, architects, developers, and business resources to manage high-performance enterprise-level solutions. This means you will have a passion and desire to learn new things and would be part of consultant team driving innovation for our new capabilities. We are looking for people who will challenge the norm, that want to take accountability for their own path, but will come together as a team to enable and delight our customers. Working in an agile environment, we encourage regular meetings where people can share their ideas and thoughts.

Where you will make an impact

Technical Contribution

  • Shape organizational and industry best practices in automation, performance engineering, and quality governance.
  • Define long-term automation and testing roadmaps, introducing innovation in AI-driven quality engineering.
  • Champion enterprise adoption of observability and resilience testing as part of modern engineering practices.

Process & Enablement

  • Lead creation of centers of excellence for quality engineering across geographies.
  • Build communities of practice that share knowledge, frameworks, and reusable assets.
  • Set global delivery standards that elevate quality engineering maturity at the organizational level.

Client Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on enterprise transformation strategies for quality.
  • Represent the organization in conferences, publications, and industry panels.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with key clients to influence multi-year transformation journeys.

What you will bring

  • 13+ years of experience leading enterprise quality engineering and automation initiatives.
  • Recognized thought leader in testing strategy, automation, and quality transformation.
  • Deep expertise across CI/CD, cloud platforms, AI/ML-driven testing, and observability practices.
  • Track record of advising and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to represent the company at global industry events and build long-term client relationships.
