Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing using NeoLoad, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing for enterprise-scale applications
• Proven ability to work effectively in international environments, partnering with cross-functional and distributed teams with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated capability to perform in high-pressure, deadline-driven projects, ensuring quality, stability, and timely delivery of performance testing outcomes
